Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for booking events at Pinstripes, including corporate gatherings, private parties, and special occasions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve robust budgets, with a minimum target of $1 million in annual sales, focusing on cultivating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.Oversee all aspects of client liaison, ensuring personalized experiences and satisfaction for each event booked.Plan and coordinate all details of events, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and managing client requirements to ensure smooth execution.Collaborate with internal teams, including event coordinators and operations staff, to ensure seamless event planning and execution.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth.Lead by example, motivating and inspiring team members to consistently deliver exceptional results in sales and event execution.Embrace opportunities for growth and relocation, particularly as Pinstripes expands into new markets.Requirements
5+ years of previous experience in high-volume sales, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry.Proven ability to motivate and cultivate a positive team culture.Deep understanding of the local market and its nuances.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail; previous experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving results through effective collaboration.Perks:
