About this role:
ZettaBlock is looking for a highly motivated and talented Product Manager Lead who can work in an entrepreneurial startup environment. This role is pivotal in driving new business and advancing our product line to meet and exceed the demands of a rapidly evolving Web3 marketplace.
Responsibilities
Strategic Product Vision: Develop and continuously refine the product strategy to align with both short-term and long-term business goals. Demonstrate a clear method for conceptualizing and articulating product vision that anticipates market trends and technological advancements.User-Centric Product Development: Implement and optimize processes for integrating user feedback into product iterations. Safeguard product scope while ensuring user needs and market demands are met, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement.Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft compelling go-to-market strategies for new features or products, identifying key value propositions and target markets. Effectively collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful launch and adoption.Web2 and Web3 Cross-Domain Expertise: Leverage extensive experience in Web2 and familiarity with Web3 to innovate within the blockchain data platform space.Problem Solving and Execution: Drive product design and execution with agile problem-solving and proactive, hands-on approaches in a startup setting for quick results.Requirements
Proven experience (5 years+) in product management, particularly in tech-driven environments.Strong foundation in both traditional Web2 technologies and the Web3 domain.Hands-on experience in designing and launching successful products, preferably within a startup setting.Experience in integrating user feedback into product development processes.Demonstrable ability to develop strategic product visions and adapt them to changing market conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across multiple teams.Strong product marketing skills with experience in developing and executing effective strategies to position products in the market.Additional information
