The Power BI Principal Consultant role puts you front and center with interesting customers, solving interesting challenges with Microsoft’s incredible analytics tools. We're looking for people with amazing Power BI talent that can build bridges between technology and organizational goals. We are actively hiring principal consultants with an intermediate or better working knowledge of both DAX and Power Query. If you are a Power BI Developer experienced in creating compelling data stories in Power BI Desktop and have an exceptional understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, you would be a great fit for this position.
Role Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000
On-Target Earnings: $120,000 with incentives

Required Skills
Develop complex dimensional data models using Power BI
Produce actionable metrics using advanced DAX skills
Use Power Query to transform and load data
Create compelling data visualizations with Power BI
Job Responsibilities
Maintain a Consistent Utilization around 75%
Delight Your Customers, as measured by Net Promoter Score
Actively Nurture and Grow your Customer Relationships
Actively participate in our Professional Development program
Build impactful relationships with technical and non-technical users
Provide skills training both at our client’s firms and in public classes
Nice-to-have : Desire to learn more about Microsoft Fabric’s Data Engineering and Machine Learning capabilities
Job Qualifications
US Citizenship or Green Card (We don’t sponsor work visas)
Strong written and spoken English
Proven time and project management abilities
Proven proficiency in DAX, Power Query, Report Development, Dimensional Modeling
Proven ability to connect with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Insatiable curiosity and love of learning
Nice-to-have : Prior Professional Services or Consulting
