Directs nursing staffing across the health system to include Temple University Hospital-Main Campus, Jeanes Campus, Episcopal/NEC Campuses, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Chestnut Hill Hospital, and Women's & Family Campus. Collaborates the development of workforce realignment plan to meet core and contingency hiring targets approved by the Executive Committee. Guides implementation of best practice staffing and scheduling workflows to achieve operational excellence. Works closely with AMN/Avantas Liaison for accuracy and functionality of Smart Square software. Responsible for staffing, budget, control of expenses, continuing development and education of staff, performance improvement, and human resource management. Directs, evaluates, guides and counsels nursing staff in their work performance. National certification in Nursing or Healthcare related specialty preferred.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Required)
Other : Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Required)
Masters Degree : Nursing or Healthcare related field (Preferred)
Experience
3 Years experience in a clinical leadership role (Required)
7 Years experience as an RN in a clinical specialty area (Required)
License/Certifications
RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)
