We have an exciting opportunity - We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in your area. Do you love to help people? Our Administrative team comprises associates who do more than make copies and organize files; they are committed to being positive-minded problem-solvers who enjoy working with all different types of people.
Job Responsibilities:• Promptly answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, determine the purpose of the call, and forward calls as appropriate while monitoring staff availability.• Answer inquiries about the organization and provide callers with relevant information.• Greet clients and on-site visitors in a friendly and respectful manner, determine the nature of their business, and announce guests to the appropriate personnel.• Collaborate with management, customers, team members, and third-party relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, trades, etc.• Order blueprints, surveys, and other necessary documents for permit applications• Coordinate with corporate office to obtain payments for third-parties• Create and maintain Production Folders• Create and maintain Permit & Production Reports• Create marketing materials for sales staff• Order office supplies as needed• Manage special administrative projects and overflow work from the department.• Strive to grow professionally by taking guidance from management.
Essential Job Requirements:• Must be self-motivated as well as thrive in a team environment• Ability to interact professionally with customers, lenders, and Adams Homes team members• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• 2+ years of Office Administrative experience preferred• New Home Builder Experience is a plus• Proficient in Microsoft Programs: Word, Excel, Office• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office software• Ability to manage workflow proficiently
