Frontier understands how to support multiple stakeholders to aid in developing and implementing national policies, strategies, and doctrine.Summary:Goldbelt Frontier LLC is currently looking for a highly competent Project Director to lead a technical staff team in reviewing and managing grant funding and contract opportunities that support the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Office of Financial Resources (OFR)/Division of Grant Review (DGR) and Division of Contract Management (DCM). The Project Director will be responsible for implementing and managing the Grants and Contract Review process and will work closely with government stakeholders to ensure that key deliverables are met. This is an anticipated five-year project, and the Project Director will play a crucial role in the success of the project.The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in one of the following areas: 1) Mental health services, with an in-depth understanding of community-based systems of care and services catering to adults with serious mental illnesses and children with serious emotional disturbance. 2) Substance abuse prevention, with a profound knowledge or experience in discouraging substance use disorder-related activities, as well as behaviors that increase the risk of substance use disorder. 3) Substance abuse treatment, with extensive expertise in providing evidence-based, effective substance use disorder treatment services, programs, and activities.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:Provide day-to-day operational oversight and direct supervision to a team of individuals supporting the SAMHSA program.Foster a supportive work environment where your leadership skills will be valued, and your team will be encouraged to excel.Establish and maintain client relationships, identify, and mitigate risks, ensure adherence to contractual requirements, and monitor schedule and budget progress.Maintain relationships with government stakeholders to ensure the program runs smoothly and the team works collaboratively with SAMHSA.Compile project data and reports on the status of key project milestones to management.Monitor and document efforts focused on the SAMHSA Grant Review project.Oversee subject matter experts reviewing funding opportunity announcements while providing feedback on strengths and weaknesses of funding applications.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:Highly skilled in communication and interpersonal relations, building and sustaining relationships with healthcare stakeholders.Proven track record of successfully overseeing project execution and managing relationships with high-level internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across different practice areas and divisions to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.In-depth understanding of various grant systems and tools to effectively manage and implement successful grant projects.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public health, or another relevant study area.Minimum seven (7) years of extensive program management experience, including successful leadership of a team of 10-15 individuals for at least five (5) years.US Citizen (by birth or naturalization)Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in public health or another relevant area of study.PMP Certification.An educational background focused on studying social determinants of health and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA).The pay range for this salary is $150, 000.00- $220,000.00 annually.Pay and BenefitsAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
