Inclusively is partnering with a global creative agency to hire a Project Manager. As a well-connected collaborator, you ensure consistency with company strategy, client requirements, commitments, and project goals (on-time, on-budget, on-scope and on-quality). You know how to develop project timelines and track progress in close collaboration with cross-functional teams; track and report on progress against schedules and scope; and ensure the team adheres to process. You’re the master of the execution and process from project initiation to delivery. Ideally, you have experience managing the internal workflow for CRM and email development projects, collaborating with creative and technical teams, partnering with your account manager counterpart, and identifying any potential risks ahead of time. You’re creative, solution-oriented, organized, collaborative and have exceptional people skills.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and track simultaneous projects liaising with all departments from intake through delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate and report on project status via relevant platforms, channels, and meetings.Understand scope of client request and implications. Able to translate requests into deliverables, assumptions, and timelines.Develop project estimates, timelines, resource allocations for project initiation.Coordinate project plan redirection as required through keen prioritization skills.Mitigate risk throughout process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solution and problem-solve as issues arise. Escalates as necessary to ensure integrity of client expectations and internal capabilities.Support and grow client and partner relationships through organization, process knowledge, and client-facing communication skills.Provide project metrics at project close-out for reporting and scope tracking deliverables.Lead effective and efficient meetings through preparation, clear direction, and detailed meeting agenda.Is a champion of the agency process and quality work.REQUIRED SKILLS:Bachelor’s Degree3-5 years Project Management experienceEntry-level agency experience preferredEmail / Direct Mail experience preferredApplication of the practical aspects of project management, techniques and toolsProven track record and experience in people collaborationProven track record in issue identification and resolutionProficient in key software: Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Workfront or similar project management softwareTechnical aptitude/understanding of the principles and components of HTML development and testingMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsOur hybrid work model:Our current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. A reasonable estimate of the salary for this role, at the time of posting, is $65,000 - $85,000. This range is specific to Los Angeles and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
