Our Real Estate Transactions & Finance team works collaboratively across offices and practices and engages in a wide range of transactions across our industry sectors, including hospitality, entertainment, retail and mixed use projects, technology and digital media, cannabis, energy/alternative energy, financial services, and fintech. We are looking for candidates with broad experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans and workouts, with experience in hospitality and CC&Rs a plus. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, mortgage loan documents, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements and other real estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance, as well as hotel management and license agreements and CC&R experience is a plus.
