- Call Schedule: On call 1 week every 5th week (continuous rotation). On call consists of taking calls after clinic hours & during the day even if on clinic to cover for needs when other dr is out of the office, & calls from incoming physicians concerning patients.

- Compensation: Compensation is based on an annual salary range, starting at $240,000. In addition, there is an RVU bonus structure supported.

- Additional Info: Columbus Regional Hospital (CRH) is part of a new initiative to transform a regional recreation area into a medical access point, featured in Nexus Park. This will be a brand-new facility, catering to several diverse populations from over 10 counties. JOB DESCRIPTION:-Provide acute office visits, physicals, new patient visits, annual wellness visits, medicare wellness visits, and follow-up on established visits-Provide treatment in an outpatient setting by establishing care focused on treating adults. Prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases that afflict all adults, from chronically ill patients to short-term care-Work schedule consists of 4 days a week (8-5pm) for appointments and 1 daya week for administrative duties. 30 hours a week is considered Full Time.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:-Indiana state licensed -BE/BC-Accepting new grads and in support of H1-B visas
