Outpatient Family Practitioner: BE/BC MD/DO, greater Dayton area, established practice, $210k neg., 15% bonus potential, 20-25 patients/day, 1-in-4 On Call .PMSllcDFJO044
Hospital-employed position with salary, incentive plan, benefits, signing bonus, and relocation allocation, for a family practitioner to join a well-established family practice team. New office building on medical center campus, sharing office space with other family practitioners. Other specialists within the system-administered group include over 30 providers in specialties of family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, endocrinology, and ENT. The family practice team is expanding in response to market data showing that the population-to-physician ratios, outmigration, and physician life cycles of the current medical staff fall short of optimums for the existing service area. This provides an opportunity not only to step into a well-run, well-established, reputable practice, but to be immediately busy with underserved clientele.
The medical campus is in close proximity to Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus, Ohio, and Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Indiana, and is within two hours of five international airports. The family-oriented community offers a variety of recreational activities, including three golf courses, a state park with a lake, and a YMCA with indoor swimming, gymnasium, racquetball courts, cultural and historic venues, good schools, and a relatively low cost of living.
