Join a private group of 10 physicians and 8 NP's.

2 openings
Monday Friday schedule with no evening calls during the week.

Covering 2 skilled nursing facilities daily seeing 20 patients daily (10 at each facility with both facilities in Baltimore metro)
Hybrid model seeing inpatients in a local hospital in the mornings and covering a skilled nursing facility in the afternoon (total of 20 patients each day)

Adding: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Geriatric Fellowship trained physicians

Details:
One weekend of call per month no weekday call. Call/rounds can be done at a skilled nursing facility or at one of the local hospitals in Baltimore.
Flexible hours as you can start your day when you desire as long as you complete your 20 patients per day
No procedures required
Full EMR practice in place with transcription/dictation service

$210,000 base salary IG (goes up each year 4K)
- Additional bonus up to $37,000 annually for completing EMR quality incentives. Group has a transcription service that updates the EMR automatically so there is very little extra work to get the bonus.
- Physicians make $250,000+ annually with bonuses each year
$10k sign-on bonus
$5K relocation
Annual 5K goodwill bonus
