Requirements

• Board Certified/Eligible
• Residency trained but not Board Eligible/Considered
• Active California License
• Require Procedures
  • Procedural sedation
  • Upper GI/with Biopsy
  • Foreign body removal
  • Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs Laser)
  • Injection Varices
  • Banding Varices
  • PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
  • ERCP ( Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography) Preferred
  • Small Bowl Biopsy
  • Lower GI Endoscopy
  • Colonoscopy with Biopsy and excision of Polyp
  • Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube Preferred
