Join 4 Internal Medicine Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
90% outpatient practice focused on quality care
Average inpatient census 1-3; Round at one hospital
Call 1:4 weekends and one day during week
4.5 or 5 day workweek

Physician Benefits:
3 year guaranteed base salary with partnership track
High earning potential, ability to earn above 90th%ile of MGMA
Two primary care revenue streams - Fee-for-service & Medicare Advantage

Profit-sharing of 7% for 0-9 years as a physician, 11% for 10+ years as a physician
