Adding an additional interventional pain management provider as there is significant community need for increased access.

• Must be Board Certified or actively working for Board Certification
• Will be coordinating with our PCPs to provide medication management for patients
• A personal mission that aligns with our mission and values
• Promptness (within 24 hours) in completing all hospital and office documentation
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients appropriately while achieving excellent Patient Satisfaction
• Help lead an outpatient clinic
• High level of initiative and excellent communication skills a necessity
• Must value a team-based & collaborative approach to patient care
