Cross Country Locums is seeking a Board Certified Urologist in Columbia, South Carolina.Please review the details below:Dates of Coverage: Jan 2023 and ongoingDesired Schedule: M-F 8:30am 5pmWeeknight call 1 week/month - M-F 5p-7aWeekend call 1 weekend/month F-M 5p-7aScope of Work: Patient Volume 0-10 ptsConsults: 2-4/day (adult)Will be covering call for two facilities including Level 1 trauma center. Full Cystoscopy suite with holmium laser. Robotics and Laparoscopy capabilities. Certificate for laser credentialing and Board Certification required. Requirements: Active SC License, DHECDEA, BLS2 years of experience Covid or waiverFlu or waiverEPIC EMRCompensation: 24hr daily rate - $2000. Weekdays 5p-8a and Weekend 7a-7p hourly pt contact - $200-$225/hr PLUS Travel, Lodging and Malpractice insurance.
