Details: Adding a Pediatrician to the group with 2 established Pediatricians. Senior Pediatrician would like to cut back and prepare to retire.

Pediatricians do not attend deliveries, but do round on newborns.
They do attend emergency deliveries where the baby is in trouble.
Call is 1:4 and rare - but paid. Physician currently might go in 4 times / month.
New born call must see new baby within 24 hours.
