• 2 Weeks on/2 Weeks off
• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Clinical Details

• Adult 100%
• Outpatient Clinic
• 15 Office Visits per day
• Trauma Level 3

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active OR License or IMLC
• BLS, ACLS
• Providers must be willing to take call - call is extremely light and must be able to do both below:
  • Hospital call- only 8-5 Mon- Friday (not on weekends)
  • Clinic call (only phone calls) all hours of day Mon- Sun- very rarely called back in

Call

• Inpatient Call M-F 8am-5pm
• Clinic Call M-S
• Beeper
• 20 Minute Response Time

Support Staff

• 3 Physicians in group
• 1 Mid-level
• 1 RN Supervisor
• 6 MAs
• 1 Clinic Care Coordinator
• 5 Front Staff
