DESCRIPTION:Im looking for a Primary Care physician to provide coverage in Florida. This is an outpatient clinic for company employees and their families. The patient population 2 and up.Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+. Credentialing is FAST, approx 1 week. Please call if you are looking for PRN shifts

7/6-14 Mon-Fri: M/Tu/W/F 6:30a-3:30p, Th 10a-7p

Melbourne, FL:Ages 6+
6/22 6:30a-5p

Boca Raton, FL:Single provider clinic-no MA, may need to draw blood, No DEA req'd
7/6 8a-4:30p

REQUIREMENTS:
FLstate license; active, unrestricted
BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Must be able to see ages 2+
2years experience
