A family services agency in New York City is currently seeking a licensedChild & Adolescent Psychiatristfor a promising Part-time opportunity with their growing staff in the Bronx.

About the Opportunity:

• Setting: Residential Site
• Schedule: Hybrid (2 to 3 days a week, 1 day onsite for evaluations)
• Patient Population: Adolescents in Foster Care

Responsibilities:

The Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will be responsible for:

• Routine and emergency psychiatric evaluations
• Psychiatric impressions
• Medication management
• Attending and being an active member of a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of New York
• Board Eligible / Certified in Child / Adolescent Psychiatry
• Experience working with children, adolescents and families
• Experience working with Child Welfare / Foster kids
• DEA licensure / registration
