Job Description SummaryThe Sr. Account Director is a key role in C&W with responsibility to manage the client relationship while providing exceptional client service and delivering on all aspects of the contract. The Sr. Account Director sets the strategy for the account, establishes the goals and leads and manages a team of functional Directors and/or Sr. Managers with accountability for delivering outstanding results within their areas of responsibility.

Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYManages the day-to-day client relationship of one or more client accounts in multiple geographic regions within Global Occupier Services (GOS) across two or more service lines below:1. Integrated Facility Management (including Engineering, EH&S, Sustainability, Supply Chain Mgt. etc. ) ÂÂ2. Project & Development Services  Â3. Transaction Management  Â4. Portfolio Administration ÂÂ5. Portfolio and Workplace Strategy ÂÂThe Sr. Account Director is typically responsible for between five and ten million dollars in revenue.This position provides management across all aspects of the accounts including, but not limited to:1. Service Delivery Excellence (including innovation, best practices etc.) Â2. Client Experience & Relationship Management Â3. Talent Management and Team Development Â4. Financial Performance (including P&L, contract expansion / renewals etc.) ÂESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ââ¢Â ÂObtain a thorough understanding of the clientâs business goals and strategies to align real estate services Âwith these objectives Ââ¢Â ÂImplement the overall vision, strategy and measurement metrics to the applicable service lines Ââ¢Â ÂDevelop and maintain strong client relationships ÂÂâ¢Â ÂImplement and manage account governance process ÂÂâ¢Â ÂProvide disciplined contract management to meet superior delivery of all contract deliverables Ââ¢Â ÂIdentify existing and new opportunities for enhancing service solutions and capabilities Ââ¢Â ÂAssist with risk mitigation and dispute resolution for client and C&W Ââ¢Â ÂActively manage and develop account talent in partnership with HR, including promotion of diversity, equity & inclusion, talent reviews, performance reviews, succession planning etc. ÂÂâ¢Â ÂSupport collaboration and performance of all partners including Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, Operations, etc. Ââ¢Â ÂDevelop and maintain account P&L management, profitability and overall financial performance   Ââ¢Â ÂContribute to the overall service and financial performance of C&W through effective cross-selling and relationship / contract expansion ÂÂâ¢Â ÂEnsure quantitative and qualitative analytics and evidenced-based decision making ÂKEY COMPETENCIES Â1. Business Acumen ÂIMPORTANT EDUCATION  Ââ¢Â ÂBachelorâs degree required ÂÂâ¢Â ÂMasterâs degree or MBA preferred ÂIMPORTANT EXPERIENCE Ââ¢Â ÂMinimum of 10 years at management level or other similar capacity Ââ¢Â ÂExperience in directly leading and managing teams, and managing people-managers Ââ¢Â ÂClient, P&L and contract management experience Ââ¢Â ÂExperience in the management of an integrated services account, including Integrated Facility Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration and ÂStrategic Consulting. Ââ¢Â ÂIn-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions Â  ÂADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS ÂAbility to develop positive working relationships with agencies, local government officials, and business Âcommunity members Ââ¢Â ÂPossess technical domain knowledge (one or more in IFM, PDS, TM, PA, SCON) Ââ¢Â ÂSkilled in financial analysis and knowledge of financial concepts Ââ¢Â ÂAbility to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents Ââ¢Â ÂStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)- US citizenship required- Ability for domestic travel as required (up 10% of time)ÂWORK ENVIRONMENTThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such Âas computers, phones and printers.
