Overview
The Technical Shift Lead position performs highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement of the plant's business goals and objectives. Areas include but are not limited to; Extrusion, Thermoforming, Maintenance, Warehouse, and General Operations. Responsibilities
