As the Regional Sales Manager for the West, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and serving customers, markets and sales channels by identifying opportunities and projects that offer value proposition in the region, which includes, CA, AZ, NM, NV, UT, WA, OR, CO, WY, MT, E.ND, E.SD, BC, AB, SK, WP.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct all tactical sales efforts to ensure regional sales and profit goals are attainedDirect all strategic goal setting and planning for assigned territory through development of multi-year forecastDevelop and manage sales contracts, identify new customers, penetrate key account and alliance customers, research customer needs, and develop value proposition for application of products and servicesDevelop and deliver sales presentationsDevelop and manage assigned sales budgets and plans in a timely and effective mannerParticipate in trade products, modification of existing products and develop case for termination of ineffective productsProvide customer technical support and product knowledgeIdentify, evaluate and present packaged system solutions in all territoriesManage rep organization and territory through goal sheetSTravel 50-65% of the time
