Your Job Come grow with us INVISTA is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team that partners with our Supply Chain and Commercial capabilities in support of the Order to Cash process. As we continue to partner with and transform our Supply Chain and Commercial capabilities, you will be responsible for driving, challenging, and leading continuous improvement in our processes and technologies that enable our customers to effectively utilize our products and reduce complexity in the user experience. Additionally, you will be providing executional support for global project initiatives and identifying process enhancements. As part of a global team, you will need to have good communication skills, a contribution mindset, be able to adapt to changing demands, and build strong relationships. Our Team This role reports to an ERP Product Manager and can be based in Wichita, KS, Houston, TX or Dallas, TX. What You Will Do Conduct analysis and research to determine best path for solving business problems and opportunities Understand and document complex business processes and functional requirements, providing support and guidance to technical team as they develop technical specifications to support Design, configure, test, implement, maintain and support functional/business area within SAP ECC and APO Supply Chain Management, including application modules DP, SNP, PP/DS, as well as support of additional planning solutions delivered in Salesforce and AspenTech platforms Construct flow and decision diagrams to document business processes Facilitate and lead communication when requirements need further clarification or adjustments due to technical constraints Integrate effectively with a cross functional team to execute product or project deliverables in a timely manner Collaborate with internal product teams, vendors, and business partners to solve problems that integrate across the order to cash process creating long term value for INVISTA Drive and achieve improvement opportunities focusing on root cause analysis to enable self-serve, automation, eliminating old process and technologies, and continuous optimization of our long-term valued systems Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 3 years hands on experience with SAP APO (for example: DP, SNP, PP/DS, CIF integrations) Experience with identifying process improvement opportunities in a process' current state, map out & implement the improved future state Experience managing multiple projects and priorities, as well as support production environment Experience partnering with internal and external customers Experience with Root cause analysis (RCA) What Will Put You Ahead Prior Analyst, Product Analyst, or BSA experience Experience working with SAP BW Experience managing IT/Software initiatives and projects (gathering and working through requirements, solution design, focusing on agile and iterative deliverables) This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
