Description

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to help define and grow eero's B2B product experience. Our software and services team, consisting of product managers, engineers, and UX designers, works on key features for eero's bar-raising software products. You will have a significant impact on our business as you lead, define, and drive UX for our B2B team. You will influence technical design and product direction. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to do end-to-end, customer-obsessed product design from early-stage research to high-fidelity prototyping. You must be a collaborator and strategic thinker, as you will be working side by side with other functions to bring your designs to life. As a design leader, you'll advise and mentor other designers.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Work autonomously while balancing design quality within technical constraints and business requirements
  2. Engage with our partner and end users to understand their needs and design experiences that guide them through onboarding, education, troubleshooting and understanding eero products and services
  3. Use customer research, agile design iteration, prototyping, and usability testing
  4. Consume, improve, and contribute to the eero design library; collaborate with the eero Brand team to ensure consistency; develop and maintain design documentation for shared patterns and components.
  5. Influence and collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing
  6. Work closely with other designers to gather feedback, build consistency, and critique each other's designs; encourage team members to learn and grow skills

A day in the life

You love being part of a highly collaborative team that's growing, building, and shipping at a fast pace. Each day, you're using customer and partner feedback to constantly bring a customer-obsessed perspective to your design solutions. You move fast and iterate quickly based on data. You're busy finding ways to invent or improve design standards and best practices for the team.
