Join an almost 40 year old FQHC with a staff of nearly 200 and over 105,000 patient encounters annually, which offers Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Vision, Behavioral Health, Detox, WIC, and Dental Services as well as a wide array of enabling services.

Join 1 Psychiatrist on staff and 15 Counselors, clinical supervisors, case managers, therapists and 3 nurses who triage calls, do refills, follow up on lab work, hand out samples etc. Rotate between locations.

Outpatient only

Appointments typically last one-hour.
This is a clinic position with a Monday-Friday shift. Psychiatric Nurses on staff.

Unit details:
Ages 6 and up
10 to 12 patients per day
30 minutes for med checks
1 hours for evaluations
1 new evaluation per day except on Tuesdays where there might be two, notes are dictated.
