This team is positioned to equip senior IT leaders with analysis and opportunities to improve productivity and predictability of outcomes.Job DescriptionLeads functional analysis for optimization initiatives to identify improvement opportunities, KPIs and prioritization criteria. Collaborates closely across stakeholder groups including technology leadership, finance, procurement and human resources. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record delivering exceptional results by adding structure to ambiguous situations, building executive-ready materials and performing data analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupport IT optimization initiatives driving innovation, quality, and efficiencyIdentify inefficiencies and propose alternatives to improve with appropriate monitoring and dataIndividual contributor, a self-starter with excellent communication skills (both oral and written), story-telling, visual design, Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skillsBuilds relationships and improves communication among stakeholdersSolicits feedback and synthesizes insights to identify opportunitiesProduces ‘magazine-ready’ deliverables and effectively manage expectations and deadlines to ensure exceptional performanceKnowledge / Skills RequiredDiverse problem-solving experience and ability to analyze problems using data-driven approaches (Power BI and Excel) across technology areasDeep experience with PowerPoint and executive storytellingAbility to navigate and work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high performing environmentAbility to structure work independently and anticipate next steps to make progressStrong organization and facilitation skillsProject management fundamentalsComfortable presenting to senior executivesUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle and broad technology conceptsThoughtful listenerDeep sense of personal integrityStrong desire to drive projects to completion. Identifies issues and recommends solutionsExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business or Technology.
