We’re looking for an accomplished, people-focused Team Leader to help us take our growing ServiceNow team to the next level. The ideal candidate has a passion for the ServiceNow platform, a solution-focused mindset, and can be relied upon for excellent collaboration and elite client service. As part of our IT leadership team, this Team Leader will be engaging with other IT leaders at all levels. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead a team of ServiceNow professionals, providing guidance, expertise, and mentoring as required
Architectural planning, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and custom applications
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Ensure the use of ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform KPIs
Monitor, manage, and prioritize the backlog and workflow of the team
Manage the planning and execution of system upgrades and oversees the roll-out of new applications
Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
Maintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features and technologies, as well as industry trends
Creating a supportive, collaborative and engaging environment that will help your team grow and thrive
Facilitate communication amongst your team, and between teams to ensure success
Provide clear and concise communication to Senior Leadership on a regular cadence
Participate in candidate interviews
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUMust Have:
5+ years experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Certified Systems Administrator
Certified Application Developer
Development experience with Javascript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and/or XML
Experience working with REST and SOAP services
System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
Strong documentation/note-taking skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute every strategic step, from identification to resolution, with urgency.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan
Nice To Have:
IT Service Management implementation specialist, Customer relationship management implementation specialist
ITOM IT operations management implementation specialist
Computer science degree or equivalent
ITIL Foundations 4.0 or higher
ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Tokyo or Higher)
ServiceNow Developer Certification (Tokyo or Higher)
