Business Development Manager - Entry Level

Our Business Development Manager would train alongside our team of leaders to top regional Marketing & Sales Firm.Our Business Development Manager learns hands-on what it would take to become a successful entrepreneur. At Synergy, our Manager would be tackling research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Once someone achieves consistency in the position, they will be guaranteed new expansion options, have free reign of choosing new clients to work with and manage a large team of Business Development Managers.Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targetsConduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions to drive revenueObserving and learning from senior account managers by detailed note-takingCommunicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messagesQualifications and Requirements:1-2 years of experience in a business, marketing, sales, or customer service position.Experience with teamwork and leading othersCreative & outside-the-box thinkerExcellent written and verbal communicatorFollow all company policies and guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions and safety measuresHave a strong and positive attitudeCandidates with the following experience should apply ASAP:
