Sr. Manager - eVinci Sales

General Job Functions;

Business Development and Sales (Commercial) - Support eVinci technologies sales by leading or supporting specific programs to proactively identify demand and drive order capture. Lead strategic initiatives to execute on orders entered targets. Identify, form relationships with, and manage key stakeholders. Develop executable commercial concepts and partner relationships as required to close sales and prepare projects for success. Initial Focus area is the United States on technology companies with use cases including but not limited to data centers and robotics/processing centers. It is expected that this role may support opportunities outside of this focus area for the commercial market as the potential use cases for microreactor technologies are evolving rapidly. Potential additional market segments of focus could include mining, oil and gas/chemicals, and remote communities. Market development work is expected as additional areas of focus are identified or changes in energy markets shift our opportunities.

Business Development and Sales (Defense/Space) - Partner with Westinghouse Government Services (WGS) to develop business opportunities and close contracts with the U.S. Government and U.S. Department of Defense for eVinci based applications including but not limited to land based installations and outer space applications.

Develop and Execute on US Government Funding Opportunities - Partner with Westinghouse Digital & Innovation and Government Affairs to understand federal budget and the potential for funding opportunities to support the eVinci development program or commercial projects. Support meetings with government officials in concert with government affairs to explain technologies and opportunities as appropriate. Develop strategies to capture funding opportunities if available partnering with engineering, project management and the proposal team.

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

Identify and interface with prospective customers of eVinci utilizing a deep understanding of the customer needs and technology fitDevelop and lead sales strategy and capture plans for prospective customersDevelop relationships with prospective customers and partners required to execute sales strategySupport development of and execution on financial plan / key objectives with regards to orders entered, sales pipeline, etc.Partner with the eVinci engineering, project management, commercial, marketing teams to share customer intelligence and product developmentSupport updates of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other tools to align forecasts and prioritiesIdentify opportunities for improvement to market analysis and marketing material and provide intelligence and support to marketing function teamParticipate in industry conferences and other product promotional opportunitiesIdentify additional markets and segments that could be opportunities for eVinci productEducation and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies

Bachelor's Degree10+ Years of ExperienceSkills and Competencies Customer Interface ExperienceNuclear sales experience a plusExperience with US DoE and/or US DoD customers a plusMicrosoft Enterprise ToolsProject management experience a plusProven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and build organizational relationships.Strong analytical thinking capability and business acumenExperience in developing and successfully implementing capture plans and stakeholder engagement plans in both private and public sectorsExperience in marketing and branding, coordinating internal, external & virtual engagement effortsWhy Westinghouse?
