DESCRIPTION:Buchanan currently has an available position at our Philadelphia Office for a mid/s e nior level attorney who has 5-8 years' experience practicing Labor & Employment law. Experience handling class and collective actions and wage & hour matters required. Interested candidates must be seasoned attorneys who can take on significant responsibility handling employment litigation, administrative matters, and client counseling across a range of employment areas, including without limitation, ADA, ADEA, Title VII and Title IX. Traditional labor experience would be helpful but not required.The position offers the opportunity to work in our thriving Labor & Employment Practice Group, which involves engaging legal assignments and direct interaction with clients. This role operates within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are seeking a candidate with exceptional academic achievements, a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as excellent research and writing skills. The ideal candidate would possess the capability to handle pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
