Senior Android Applications Developer

will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-performance and scalable mobile applications for Android devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kotlin, Reactive programming and Android SDK, as well as experience with JNI and standard third-party libraries and APIs. The Senior Android Developer will work closely with a team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver innovative and user-friendly mobile apps. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall design and architecture of the codebaseParticipate in project planning efforts to coordinate mobile development workBuild integrations with third-party platforms to provide a seamless, enhanced mobile app experienceDesign, code, and test new features in an independent mannerEnsure compatibility across various devices and Android versionsImplement mobile-friendly design for optimal app experience and performanceDeliver functionality in an agile development environmentAdvocate for and adapt industry best practices for mobile technologiesQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent3+ years relevant experience as a mobile developerExperience with Reactive programmingStrong understanding of the Android SDKStrong expertise in KotlinExperience with supporting various devices and SDK versionsAbility to work in a dynamic, agile environmentAbility to work independently with little to no supervisionPreferred Qualifications
