Pendo is looking for a Sales Systems Analyst to join the Sales Operations team supporting our Sales team leveraging your experience and deep knowledge of systems to design both standard and creative solutions and lead projects. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and be enthusiastic about the opportunity to partner with sales leadership to build systems and processes that will support a high growth company.
Role Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing teams in leading global Sales Operations projectsPartner with Sales Operations Business Partner Managers to understand Sales requirements, process and tool enhancements needed by segmentCaptures, analyzes, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, using data and information from various sourcesDocument project detailed and thorough User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaPrioritizes the backlog and sets expectations with stakeholdersIndependently review requests and troubleshoot issues to understand process and technical inefficiencies, identify root causes, and drive and implement best practices solutionsParticipate in the testing and deployment of day to day configuration changes in Salesforce and other toolsSupport change management and enablement processMinimum Qualifications
2+ years experience in a business analyst or equivalent role working with SalesforceExperience working in an Agile teamHave knowledge of Sales & Support systems, but also develop a deep knowledge of Pendo’s sales processesComfortable in a fast-paced, open office, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlinesManages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing prioritiesSelf-starter who seeks challenging assignmentsExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce LightningPreferred Qualifications
Experience with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) SoftwareExperience with third party tools: Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Outreach and other sales tools is a plusBachelor's DegreePendo Description

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Raleigh, NC is $60,000 - $75,000.
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
