Summary:
The Material Handling Associate is responsible for picking parts and kits materials for use in the Cleanroom production area based on pick ticket bill of materials, for pulling and staging cleanroom inventory required per production assembly job and making all system moves to transfer material from the stored location to staging area, and for maintaining inventory and interacting with various departments to support inventory capacity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pick parts and kits materials for cleanroom production jobs by following the pick ticket bill of materials, picks component materials from "released for production" warehouse bin locations, follows FIFO processes, and returns unused materials to assigned bin locations. Performs ERP system transactions as appropriate. Works safely within the parameters of and complies with company policies. Responsible for putting away unused picked inventory. Participate in continuous improvement processes. Work within Compliance of ISO 9001-2015 quality standards and cGMP regulations in all manufacturing areas. Maintain company quality standards in accordance with company quality goals. Identify process deviation and take immediate action to reduce threats to project objectives. Daily organization and cleanliness of work area in compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting all near miss and first aid events. Performs other duties as assigned. Desired Education & Experience:
High School Diploma Associate Degree Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Previous inventory kitting experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English Ability to complete paperwork accurately in English Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Work Environment:
Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment and throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate
