The Space Sector Classified Solutions team is seeking a second level (Level 2)
Classified Cybersecurity Manager
to lead a team of Information Systems Security Professionals mainly in
Colorado Spring, CO . The manager will also lead team members located in California, Virginia, and North Carolina.
A diverse classified information systems security background is required, including the Intelligence Community assessment and authorization process (ICD-503), Special Access Programs (JSIG) and DoD collateral (NISPOM and DAAPM) processes.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead and guide technical project teams to successful outcomes, possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, and have the ability convey vital information to senior and working levels. Our managers establish an inclusive culture within a diverse environment, and will be responsible for the following:
Lead a team of Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) and Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs).
Interface with internal and external customers at all levels; will be required to interpret and provide guidance on company and customer cybersecurity related governance documents.
Lead assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
Support the formal Security Assessment process required by the company or government customer.
Implement the required government RMF policy, make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of the reports.
Effective team management to include fostering individual development, performance management, open communication, financial management, and utilization.
Ensure strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and support obtaining formal Assessment & Authorization of systems. This includes support of process, analysis, coordination, security certification tests and documentation.
Regular and routine communication with key stakeholders including, program management teams, the CIO Program Management Office, the Information Technology Organization, Industrial Security, internal and external customers.
Identify skills needed and provide required training to meet requirements.
Provide guidance and oversight to employees to complete key deliverables and drive results.

Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree with 7 years of Information Systems Security experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with 9 years Information Systems Security experience is required.
Must have work experience in one (or more) of the following areas: National Industrial Security Program (NISP) supporting DCSA, Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs.
Must have a current
DoD 8570 IAM Level III
security certification (examples: CISM, GSLC, CCISO, CISSP) in order to be considered.
Candidates must have a current DOD
Secret
level security clearance (or higher) in order to be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, or similar STEM related discipline, to include 10 years of ISSO/ISSM experience with RMF or eMAS.
Prior experience in a leadership or management role.
Diverse classified information systems security / information assurance background.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience communicating with both Program and Division senior leadership.
Experience with network topology and basic data center infrastructure.
Active Top Secret or SCI clearance is highly desirable.
Recent Polygraph would be nice to have.
Salary Range:
$125,500 - $188,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
