The Campaign Creation Opportunity:
Townsquare Interactive provides best in class digital marketing solutions to small businesses across the country. Sitting between the sales, production, and service departments, the role of Client Onboarding Specialist is to drive new customers through the initial deployment of their marketing campaigns post-sale.
ResponsibilitiesTake over post-sale and onboard all new clientsOur sellers break the ice with clients and get initial buy-in on TSI, our Onboarding Specialists set expectations and get buy-in on the launch of campaignsDirect the production team to produce work in line with the client's business and strategyWork with the Account Management team to facilitate a seamless transfer once the account is activeDetermine how to quickly meet clients' needs while efficiently communicating with a full pipeline of new business primarily on the phoneThis is a production-based job with significant monthly bonus opportunitiesDictate your own earning potential with your ability to guide clients through our processQualifications
Previous sales experience (preferred)Bachelor's Degree (required)Strong communication and follow-up/follow-through skillsStrong attention to detailDesire to make moneyExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilitiesAble to create excitement and a strong sense of urgency when working with a high volume of new clientsBilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)Benefits
