Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related field.7+ years of Enterprise Sales Leadership experience in software/SaaSProven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.Strong sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment and resource allocationExtensive business travel within the region - approximately 75 percentStrong leadership, planning, execution, people-management and coaching skillsStrong communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust with customers and to build influential relationships with partners in the business, including Finance, Legal, HR, Inside Sales, Channel Partners and R&DUnderstand both business and people, including their drivers and success factorsUnderstand and communicate the business value and/or ROI of installed and proposed products and solutionZscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.Base Pay Range
