Education and Experience »Undergraduate degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology or a related discipline.At least 10+ years overall experience in COBOL and SAS.10+ years of experience with OmniPay Mainframe
and understanding of the GUI counterpart.3+ years of GitHub, Jenkins and change control.Experience using Agile methodologies for developing applications.Support, maintain and document software functionality.Integrate software with existing systems.Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.Maintain standards compliance.Implement localization or globalization of software.WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Hands on experience working end users and line of business to implement and test new features.Looking for a
COBOL Developer who has at least 10+ of COBOL , hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience.Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline and also establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors and employees from other departments.Development and unit testing of COBOL and SAS that integrates with other applications in the organization.Work with other teams to build new features, improve standards and services.Working Knowledge and hands on experience in DEVOPs tools like Jenkins and GIT.Translates detailed requirements into functional system designs.Work closely with internal and external design, business and technical counterparts.Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work closely with diverse personality types and understand technical issues.
