As Assistant Center Director, you will be responsible for providing support to the Center Director.

Job Duties:

Assist the Director in managing and exceeding all KidStrong sales goals.

Drive membership sales through outbound phone calls to interested families.

Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service for our children and families.

Organize and coordinate KidStrong events such as: birthday parties, camps, and Parent’s Night Out.

Ensure that front desk systems are followed such as: Member Check-In, telephone inquiries, guest registration, cash handling, customer care calls, and change requests.

Assist with planning and promoting out of center events.

Able to teach KidStrong classes, if needed, developed by our in-house child development experts and our proven curriculum and teaching method (no worries, we teach you how!)

Job Qualifications:

Love for children is a must!

Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts.

Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least three evenings per week (the last class ends at 7 pm) and weekends (at least 1 weekend morning).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.

Ideal Experience:

Outbound phone sales experience.

Customer service: 1-2 years

Sales experience: 1-2 years

Required shifts: Mid-Day, Evening, and Weekend

Working Conditions:

This is typically an indoor position within a KidStrong facility.

May require standing or sitting for extended periods.

Fast-paced high-energy environment.

This role, while alongside the Center Director, is essential in providing exceptional customer service, enhancing member experiences, driving sales, and supporting the overall functioning of KidStrong facilities.

The Assistant Center Director must be available at least 30 hours per week.
