Build web applications with web development best practicesWork with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databasesGather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX designDebug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizationsWrite high-quality, scalable, and reusable codeActively Participate in daily scrum meetingsDemonstrate features and functions during Sprint DemonstrationsStay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trendsRequired Qualifications
BS Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or Mathematics required. Master of Science degree preferred.7 years of relevant experience with application development supporting agile development environments with Java Spring Boot, Node.js, js ,
and MySQL database.Proficiency with HTML5, including semantic HTML5 elements, and microformats.Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or Stylus.Experience working with RESTful Web services and developing APIs, CI/CD Pipeline environment to include GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar Qube, JIRA, Red Hat LINUX, and Weblogic.Experience with frontend integration for authentication and authorization protocols such as LDAP, SAML 2.0, OAuth, and Single Sign On (SSO).Knowledge of SDLC framework required.Familiarity with 508 compliance testing.
