What We Do

Responsible for developing and retaining a client base through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers to attain maximum sales volume. Develop maximum potential volume from all markets for the division’s products and/or services. Leverages experience in identifying new business opportunities, closing skills and in-person presentation and demonstration skills.

The primary duty of this role is making sales or obtaining orders or contracts for services by clients or customers. Incumbents in this role are not customarily and regularly engaged away from the employer’s place or places of business.

Meet sales quotas or revenue targets as set by managementIdentify and generate new business revenue opportunitiesOngoing responsibility to build the customer relationship and service the customer's needs throughout the entire sales cycleDevelop business contacts with lenders, servicers, investors, secondary market and hedge fund companiesOther duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.Required minimum of 3-5 years’ related experience.Must have developed business contacts and proven sales record within relevant industry segment.Professional verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation skillsPlanning, organizational and territory management skillsAbility to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutionsApplies diplomacy and tactDemonstrates persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunitiesFlexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditionsUnderstand market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunitiesAbility to persuade and influence othersVisibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com or comparable sales tracking program

Travel Or Driving Requirements

20% of travel may be required

Salary Range : $24.04 - $28.85 Hourly (This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.)

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
