Regional Sales Manager

role reports to the Director of Sales. Primary responsibilities are to grow new revenue, acquire new logos, maximize IAMs footprint within the HID install base, and strengthen product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID prospects within the Western US. The Regional Sales Manager must effectively identify new project opportunities throughout multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations including senior management and all subsequent departments essential to advancing HID Global's market position. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible to sell enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies. What we will love about your background:5-7 years exceeding sales quota as a Regional Sales Manager for a technology vendor. Preferably in the Identity Access & Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software spacePossess a track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding new logos in an Enterprise Software roleExceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrationsSelf-motivated with superb organizational skillsExtensive network of customers and advocates in market

YourExperienceand Education include:BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experienceMBA is a plusMinimum of 7 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security IndustryWorked with MEDDICC or MEDPICCAbility to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writingSpanish skills are a plusProficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.comProficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
