Marketing Communications Creative Coordinator!
This is a remote, 12-month contract opportunity with potential for extension and conversion with our client.
Join a dynamic team as a
Marketing Communication Creative Coordinator (Global & USA),
where you'll leverage your graphic design skills and creative acumen to produce engaging content across various platforms. In this role, you'll also craft compelling copy and localize content, ensuring our messaging resonates globally. Your efforts will be pivotal in maintaining the consistency of our brand identity, guiding the creative direction of our marketing materials. Dive into a role that blends creativity with strategy, making a significant impact on our brand's presence and communication.
What You’ll Do:
Graphic Design and Creative Development:
Create imagery and graphics to engage customers on a variety of platforms. Responsibilities may include:
Flyer design
Tradeshow large format graphics
PowerPoint presentations
Logo design
Image resizing
Social and display ads
Revisions to asset working files
Other design work as assigned
Create templates and provide content for ongoing or one-time needs (i.e. brochures, technical documents, sell sheets, etc.); ensure access for others
Lead 360 photography needs
Area Content Copywriting:
Draft compelling copy for country-specific promotions, cyclical communications, events, etc. Responsibilities may include drafting unique:
Event content
Technical writing: marketing, application, and product information
Webinar communications
Cyclical communications, such as newsletters
Campaign content, including but not limited to landing pages, promotional emails, search and social ads, blog copy, and web content.
Global Content Localization:
Establish working knowledge of MedSurg division and campaign processes in order to effectively provide copy in content packages. Responsibilities may include:
Closely collaborate with MarCom and Integrated Strategists to understand campaign strategy, key messaging, primary CTAs, etc.
Infuse campaign content with creativity and energy, writing adaptations that effectively engage the target audience
Write copy to supplement existing campaign content (for example, drafting paid search ads for campaigns)
Brand Consultation & Support:
Maintain expert level knowledge of our client’s brand, acting as a reliable brand consultant during content development and providing ongoing education to assigned segments within Medical Surgical business. Responsibilities may include:
Stay up to date on new brand resources, changes, or interpretations
Guide business partners and marketing teams on implementation of brand guidelines
Share resources and recommendations based in brand principles
Support rebranding efforts for marketing assets and collateral, with alignment to client’s brand guidelines; Review and edit assets to ensure accuracy of client’s visual and verbal identity
Provide guidance and recommendations throughout campaign content development
