This role is responsible for utilizing TPM methodology on operational sites to build capability, drive alignment, and develop a sustainable and World Class Maintenance System leveraging APS tools and processes. This role will work closely with the PM element team, our manufacturing plant steering teams, operations directors, and functional leaders to drive loss elimination and increase OEE. The APS PM Effectiveness Leader is responsible for positively impacting each site's Repair and Maintenance spending by deploying the newly created systems.Responsibilities:* Work as PM Effectiveness SME in a principle-based organization that leverages the Altium Guiding Principles and Altium Performance System to create significant value based on eliminating losses.* Drive PM Effectiveness function through effective leadership, strategic vision, high personal standards, and professional ethics.* Lead Cross-functional improvement teams across Altium network.* Lead local improvement work across Altium network.* Train local CI Managers, Operators, and Plant Leadership in Altium Performance Systems.* Develop standard work processes to implement and asses PM programs at the manufacturing plants.* Assist plants in enhancing safety initiatives, equipment reliability, capability building, addressing abnormalities, training & coaching leveraging APS tools and processes.* Ensure safety is the point of entry for all APS processes starting with ensuring review of energy isolation through Safety Map validation, correcting issues identified, and escalating to the corporate safety team as needed.* Deploy Maintenance Information Systems and partner with Operations providing functional support enabling successful visibility of all plant assets documented in JDE, critical ranking, bundled PMs separated to asset level, and enhancement/development of World Class Maintenance systems.* Support the development of the PM assessment tool.* Support other APS elements in the journey to achieve compelling business needs.* Support PM element on other initiatives (Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, Lubrication, Advanced PM Systems, Spare Part Management, Breakdown Elimination, Maintenance Cost Management).* Strong interpersonal skills and track record of leading and implementing change.* Educate, communicate, and work with all levels of manufacturing associates, including senior leadership, plant leaders, and shop-floor employees.* Plan, lead, and facilitate meetings and working sessions.* Direct and lead multiple initiatives at once.* Build and implement detailed project plans.* Utilize computer skills necessary to build all required content.Required Qualifications:* 5-7+ years of experience in a technical or leadership role in manufacturing maintenance.* Strong maintenance knowledge and skills.* Strong knowledge and skills using enterprise ERP and CMMS.* Experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.* Experience in Breakdown Elimination.* Experience in Lubrication.* Experience in Storeroom and Spare Part Management.* Experience in Maintenance Cost Management.* Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time across plant operation locations.
