Job Summary
BMA is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst.Led discovery workshops; facilitated meetings with large and remote audiences; developed and delivered solution presentations; and led prototype demonstrations.Identify Stakeholders, process pain points and gaps, analyze and decompose complex business information, and recommend best practices.Perform business process modeling (both current and future state), basic technical architecture diagramming, detailed functional requirements, and, when needed, detailed design documents.Worked closely with the business team to perform a detailed analysis of business and technical requirements and designed the solution by customizing various standard objects of Salesforce.com (SFDC)Implemented the Salesforce.com Web to lead functionality to create Leads in SFDCPrevious experience as a business analyst or systems analyst on a large software application implementation project, including driving SFDC/CRM adoption.Be able to work in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative team environment and have proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.Clearance Requirements
Required Skills & Certifications
8+ years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business AnalystMust have experience creating user stories.Experience developing AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows is required.Must have strong customer service skills.Must have in-depth knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes to identify, capture, and translate business requirements.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills.Salesforce certifications are a plus.Strong communication and presentation skillsBachelor's degree minimum
