Essential Functions/ ResponsibilitiesThe Business Architect is responsible for understanding all Paymentus products, including design and feature configuration, and recommends best solutions to clientsGuide the client on what to implement and how best to use the solutions providedDevelop an understanding of the customer's business setup and needs. Ability to document and propose a solution to best fit those needsUnderstand the operational teams that make up a client in order to approach requirements with all stakeholders in mindBe able to "Stay within the box" wherever possibleElicit/document requirements for configurable product featuresDocument business needs and objectives and translate those into a solution using our products out of the boxEffective communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholdersQuick learner able to translate needs of Client to products offeredSupervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.Education and Experience3-5 years in the electronic billing and payment industryPolished communication skills (speaking and writing)Understanding of payments, including capturing and reconciliationRequirement gathering experienceExperience in analyzing data, problem-solving and making recommendationsExcels in a fast paced environment with lots of change and growthActive listening skills and problem solving skillsWork Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.Physical Demands

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. and may vary based on the time zone of the clients supported. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.Travel

Travel is generally not required for this position; however, it may be requested on a limited basis of approximately 5-10%.Other Duties
