We are looking for a talented Technology Architect to join our team specializing in Systems Information Technology & Analytics for our Analytics and Digital team in Columbus, Indiana or remotely.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Assess and apply new solution designs against defined architecture strategies, principles, policies and standards in alignment with the enterprise architecture strategies. Defines new analytic architecture solutions where needs are identified. Where current enterprise strategies and principles do not meet needs, drive changes back to the enterprise. Defines complex application and solution designs for specific systems in coordination with project teams.Defines component breakdown of the system; performs functional allocation to the components; establishes interfaces between systems and among system components.Develops standards for the Data Science and Data Engineering functions and defines design patterns and configurations that can be reused as building blocks for other solutions.Collaborates with project teams to understand requested capabilities and provides the right solutionsPerforms complex cost/benefit analysis when researching future state capabilities.Leads and facilitates the creation of governing principles to manage change and guide solution decisions for the enterprise.Audits the Analytic solution design to ensure compliance with architectural patterns and standards.To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Analyzing complex business systems, industry requirements, and governance and creating solution designs from themProven Architecture and design experience for cloud-based analytics platformsExperience developing analytics solutions involving data ingestion and data science
Skills:
Proficient in an Azure platform environment encompassing ADLS, Databricks, Hive, Kafka, and other areas associated with a Data Platform Ecosystem. Experience in Python or Scala and SQL query language are desired. Server and tools like Linux, windows. Git Jenkins, Azure Devops. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter.
