Look no further! We are currently seeking a highly motivated MLT to join our dynamic healthcare team.MLT / MT Responsibilities:
Perform various laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare professionals.Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures.Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.MLT / MT Requirements:
Associates Degree or higher in Medical Technology or similar laboratory related field from an accredited university.ASCP or AMT Certification or eligible required.Experience preferred but new grads welcome!Proficient in performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.MLT / MLS Benefits:
