Project Overview:Client is the process of migrating from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday. This project includes Talent Management, Time Keeping, North American Payroll, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation Management and Global Payroll integrations. There are over 100 integrations associated with this effort.
Looking for a strong PeopleSoft HCM developer to assist with resolving conversion defects and creating extracts from PeopleSoft for Workday EIBs.• Works well independently and has strong problem solving skills• Excellent communication and analytical skills• Strong Oracle SQL• 8+ Years of PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode• Understands PeopleSoft HCM table structureso North American Payroll, Benefits, Core HCM, Time and Labor, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting• Previous Experience with PeopleSoft to Workday conversion and data mapping preferred• Able to turn around defects efficiently under tight deadlines• Works well under pressure
Experience Level:Level 3- [senior- 8+ years overall experience]
Qualifications (Must Haves):Strong project management and communication skills. Familiar with PeopleSoft HCM table data structures and Workday HCM. This person should have a good combination of technical and functional skills.
Required Skills : Need heavy PeopleSoft 9.2 Payroll experience. Strong PeopleCode, PeopleTools, App Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration BrokerBasic Qualification :Additional Skills :
