The Pricing and Revenue Management organization is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Personalized Offers team. The Business Intelligence Analyst will work as part of our focused product team transforming qualitative and quantitative data analysis into best-in-class digital experiences for our customers. This individual will also support the product owner in discovering insights, patterns and trends while supporting multiple campaigns, with deliverables of thoughtful recommendations and requirements.This Business Intelligence Analyst will be working with motivated teams on highly visible and valuable customer-facing digital products. This position requires an excellent, outgoing communicator with outstanding analytical skills, in order to collaborate with business users, technology teams and leadership. This BI Analyst is passionate about delivering unique digital experiences to customers, from requirements-building to campaign launch, and is capable of balancing competing priorities.Job Responsibilities:• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance• Write and edit business requirements and functional requirements for actionable user stories.• Produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.• Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and provide data-driven forecasts of potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives.• Communicate findings and insight to stakeholders and provide business strategy recommendations for optimizing business performance.• Conduct or coordinate tests to ensure that intelligence is consistent with defined needs• Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.• Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.• Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.• Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.• Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets.• Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.• Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.Qualifications:• Bachelors Degree• Experience with Excel, Foundry, Google Analytics, R, python, Matlab, SAS, Spotfire or similar• Ability to understand, communicate and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and interactions• Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills• Ability to understand, communicate and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders and interactions, with an eye for effective communication strategies required for different audiences• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred:• 2-3 years ecommerce experience• JIRA or TFS experience• Previous Business Analyst experience• PMP certification
