Duration: 9-12 months +ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit functional requirements, and flowcharts, modeling those requirements in an organized manner and communicating those requirements throughout the SDLC.Understand the data model and architecture and define data structures to enable the system functionality.Convert roadmap features into workable user storiesWrite clear and well-structured user stories and documentation.Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate project complexity, assumptions, constraints, and dependenciesIdentify & implement process improvements to support efficiencies in the all-phase phases of the projects.Assist the Quality Assurance team with execution of systematic and ad-hoc test casesCommunicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholdersLiaison between the Business and Technology teamsAnalyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvementsManage the priorities quickly and effectively as circumstances dictate to work in an Agile framework environmentUnderstanding of API development & Enterprise solutionsBuild and maintain a sprint backlog (refined at least 2 sprints out) for upcoming developmentWork with engineering and support to improve the development team's efficiencyStrong presence with ability to interact with and influence stake holders
Required Skills : Supporting Brightway Credit Card scrum teams Converting PO functional requirements (user stories/ADR*), into technical requirements for engineering team to develop against.
